Medical Teams International – Global Field Operations – Team Trust & Integration Development

Facilitated a 2 day global team integration and development program. Many of the participants had never met each other in person (globally distributed). The program focused on galvanizing the team, learning to better understand and build trust with one another and have a lot of fun together (fun = the shortest distance between two people). The team arrived somewhat connected and trusting, and left the experience deeply connected, with increased trust and a better understanding and empathy for each other.
