Columbia Sportswear – High Potential Leadership Development Coaching

Coached multiple mid-level directors in an 11 month International Leadership Development program. As one of four executive coaches, I worked with each participant to identify their key leadership strengths as well as their gaps and opportunities. We integrated program components with the coaching sessions to work towards measurable leadership growth goals. Many of the participants were promoted to more advanced leadership positions during this dynamic program.
