The Saunders Company – Organizational Health Audit & Executive Leadership Strategy Retreat

The focus for this off-site retreat was to grow organizational health for this construction company. In preparation, I interviewed each member of the leadership team as well as various support employees. The interview audit clarified retreat topic priorities. The retreat identified opportunities for increased organizational health and clarified strategies for taking next steps towards business success.
