Leadership Development Institute – Emotional Intelligence Training and Coaching

Provided seminars and individual coaching for over 50 participants. The work focused on identifying the individual’s emotional intelligence strengths and opportunities; then connecting these to their work and leadership development goals. I worked with each participant to identify what holds them back from fully embracing their leadership presence and influence.
